Minerva-AS offers the MASE App in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Minerva-AS GmbH, Justus-von-Liebig-Straße 2-14, 85435 Erding, provides customers with an application featuring various mobility services (the "App")—designated as the "MASE App"—subject to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy. Content and Availability of the App: The MASE App is designed for managing your Minerva Airbag System provided by Minerva-AS. Use of all services and functions within the App requires that your mobile device be fully functional and operational, and that the necessary mobile network connectivity for your device is available. Disruptions to the App services may occur due to force majeure events—including strikes, lockouts, and official directives—as well as due to technical or other measures implemented at network operators' facilities to ensure the proper functioning or improvement of the services (e.g., maintenance, system-related software updates, expansions). Disruptions to the App services may also result from temporary capacity constraints caused by peak usage loads on the App services, or from malfunctions within third-party telecommunications infrastructure. Minerva-AS will make all reasonable efforts to resolve such disruptions immediately or to facilitate their resolution. Customers may report disruptions within the MASE App to Minerva-AS Customer Support via email or telephone. Contact details can be found in the Privacy Policy. Modification and Termination of the App: Minerva-AS reserves the right to modify the scope of services provided by the App, provided that such modifications remain reasonable for the customer in the context of the App's overall scope of services. In the event of any substantial modification to the scope of services, the customer will be notified within the App. The customer may terminate their use of the App at any time by deleting the App from their mobile device. Minerva-AS reserves the right to discontinue the App’s service upon giving six weeks' notice. Login: You may create a user account within the App. Once you have created an account, you will be able to utilize the App with full functionality. Data Usage Charges: The App requires access to a wireless or mobile data connection on your mobile device. You are solely responsible for establishing and maintaining the necessary data access. Your mobile data provider may charge you fees for data usage incurred in connection with your use of the App. You are personally responsible for bearing these data usage charges incurred via your mobile device. Privacy Policy: By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed within the App's settings. Liability: Minerva-AS assumes no liability for the accuracy or currency of any data or information transmitted via the services. This also applies to any consequences arising from malfunctions, interruptions, or functional limitations of the App. Third-Party Services: Any link or feature within this App that provides access to third-party programs or content is provided solely for user convenience. By providing such links or features, Minerva-AS does not express any opinion regarding the content of third-party programs, nor does it endorse them in any way; furthermore, Minerva-AS expressly disclaims all liability regarding the quality, content, nature, or reliability of third-party resources—including any information, products, or services contained therein. Use of the App: The Customer may not use the App for any unlawful purposes, nor may they authorize any third parties to do so. The Customer is not authorized to commercially distribute or process any data or information obtained in connection with their use of the App. Minerva-AS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine when the use of the App is to be deemed impermissible or unauthorized. In the event of unauthorized use of this App, Minerva-AS may take appropriate measures, including—but not limited to—suspending user access. Copyright and Trademarks: Minerva-AS holds the copyright to all materials and information contained within this App, unless otherwise stated. This App, along with all materials and information contained therein, is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to all applicable German and international copyright laws. Any reproduction, redistribution, or other use is strictly prohibited, except insofar as it is legally permissible. In particular, you may not use the materials contained in this App—either in whole or in part—for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Minerva-AS.
