General Terms and Conditions
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions (1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB [German Civil Code]).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text (1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.mase-safety.com.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Review of the details in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Entry of delivery and billing details
6) Final review or correction of the entered data. 7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order with obligation to pay" or "buy" button. Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the page where their details are entered—after reviewing said details—by using the "Back" button in their web browser to correct input errors, or they can cancel the ordering process by closing the web browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). We accept your offer with this confirmation.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We will send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions via email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.mase-safety.com/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen/. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date (1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Any applicable shipping costs are additional.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via advance payment, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
(3) If the consumer has chosen advance payment, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.
§4 Delivery (1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery takes place within 14 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to the bank handling the transfer in the case of advance payment, and on the day following the conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day. (2) Even in the case of a sale involving shipment, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the sold item does not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer.
§ 5 Retention of Title: We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

§8 Warranty Statutory warranty provisions apply.
Note on product safety:
Our products undergo extensive testing and quality control. However, no guarantee can be given that the system will deploy correctly in every conceivable fall or accident situation. Neither accidental deployment nor failure to deploy under certain conditions can be completely ruled out.
§9 Contract language German is the sole language available for the contract.
§9 Review requests via e-mail
(1) After an order has been completed, we reserve the right to send the customer a one-time e-mail reminding them to submit a review of the product or service. This review request is made solely for the purposes of quality assurance and improving our product range.
(2) The legal basis for sending such e-mails is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in improving our service offering through customer feedback. Where we are legally required to obtain express consent (e.g., for certain recipient countries), the request for a review is sent only if the customer has previously given their express consent.
(3) Customers may object to the use of their email address for review requests at any time, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs at basic rates. An unsubscribe link is included in every review request.
